20g Thai ripe mango
20g sticky rice (soak in water 2 hours)
125ml coconut milk
30g sugar
7g salt
1pc pandan leaves
3g yellow bean
Coconut Sauce
70ml coconut milk
15g sugar
3g salt
窶「 Heat coconut milk, pandan leaves, sugar and salt and bring it to boil set aside.
窶「 Steam the soaked sticky rice until cooked then transfer in a mixing bowl.
窶「 Add coconut milk and stir well, cover and keep stirring it every 10 minutes until it sets.
窶「 Make coconut sauce by heating all ingredient and stir until it thicken.
窶「 To serve, finely slice mango arrange with sticky rice and top with coconut sauce and yellow beans
