Ryokan Kaiseki: Atsumono (Warming Dish) - Iwanori Kani Chawanmushi (Nori Seaweed and Crabmeat Egg Custard)
This is a Nori seaweed chawanmushi savory egg custard. It was filled with shrimp, crabmeat, ginko nuts and scallops.
